Booking and contact data: first name, last name, phone number, email address, stay dates, number of guests and, where required by law, identity document details. This data is collected directly via email, WhatsApp, or through booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb) and is necessary for the management of the accommodation contract.

Legal basis: performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Anonymous aggregate technical data: this website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless traffic analysis tool that does not collect personally identifiable data. Only anonymous aggregate metrics are processed (e.g. number of visits, country of origin, browser and operating system). 3. Data sharing

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data may be disclosed to competent authorities in compliance with the legal obligations applicable to accommodation providers, including notification of guest presence to public security authorities under Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.).

Bookings made via Booking.com or Airbnb are subject to the respective privacy policies of those platforms.

4. Data retention

Booking data and accounting records are retained for 10 years in compliance with Italian tax obligations.

Contact data not associated with accounting obligations is retained for no longer than 2 years from the end of the contractual relationship.

5. Cookies

The website lacollinadegliulivisernia.com does not use profiling cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
